Returns & Exchanges
- All items purchased on odbo.com can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving the order parcel.
- Sale items and items with reduced prices follow the same regulation as full price items.
- Items must be returned within 14 days after the order has been received.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, items must be unworn, unused, unharmed, and must not be altered in any way.
- Items must be in its original packaging materials attached, Including bags, boxes, wraps, tags, tickets, etc.
- We can only exchange an item(s) for the same style in a different size or color.
- The new size will be dispatched as soon as we have received the return item(s).
- Please note that we can only accept exchanges from the country which the shipment was sent to.
- We cannot offer exchanges or returns of merchandise that require cites documentation to travel.
Item(s) that does not match odbo return/exchange policy will be not be authorized and sent back to the customer at his own cost.
Size or color exchanges will only be issued if requested sizes and colors are in stock. Exchanges for different items are not accepted.
An item can only be exchanged once.
All return shipping and import fees are at the sole responsibility of the customer. These fees will be deducted from the final refund and will not be reimbursed.

How to return / exchange
Fill in the return form provided with your order.
Pack your order back into the original packaging and paste the return sticker onto the packaging.
Arrange parcel pick up or drop your parcel at the nearest Post office/courier station Step 4.
You will be notified on email once your parcel reaches us.
Alternatively, you may email us on firstname.lastname@example.org, stating your Stating the order number, reason for return and whether it’s a request for product exchange or a refund.
- Returns are refunded to the customer via the original payment method.
- Any additional cost incurred by the handler is not included in the refund.
- Kindly allow 5 business days for us to process the refund upon receiving the return parcel.
- All return shipping and import fees are at the sole responsibility of the customer. These fees will be deducted from the final refund and will not be reimbursed.
